Just In Case

As usual, I want to say something before any trip, just in case

Wendy hates me to think or talk about this kind of stuff, I don't blame her
This habit becomes intensified after the marriage, and now with a baby. I think about how I can't survive without my family or vice versa. So I started obtaining the optional Life Insurances, and Critical Illness Insurances via work, again just in case

So here it is

Taiwan in 4 Days

In 4 days I will be on vacation and on a flight to Taiwan to see Wendy/Ella after a month away from them.

Let's recap the last two weeks, living a Bachelor life :)

• The new Memory Foam mattress from Costco was delivered in a big box and auto-inflated on the bed frame. I haven't slept on it and I won't either before I leave. Wendy should be excited after she returns

102 lbs and 100 cm tall

• Bumba is given away to my cousin to take care from now on. Wendy's happier about that
• Not much cooking done, eating out or cleaning up the microwave food
• Jason is so bored that he ordered Harry Potter 1-7 Signature Edition ($66 CAD from Amazon.ca)

• Upgraded my Linksys WRT54GL + Gigabit Switch + Belkin N+ Router setup => Linksys WRT320N on TomatoUSB firmware (Wireless N + Gigabit router)
• Used up the two $22 WagJag coupons for one-hour horse trail ride ($46 value) at Conestoga Horseback Adventure. It's quite fun as we got the two largest horses (Randy and Desmond) and ride at the front, but the trail is meh... and not excited enough to come back for it.

  

MBA is 60% complete

So with the submission of my last report, my 6th term of Part-Time MBA is over.

The 7th term will begin in mid-September and 3 more terms after that (total of 10 4-month terms)
I'll graduate end of 2012 (or Sep 2012 if I can take 3 courses per term)

I now have 2 weeks free (besides work) to catch up TV and Movies, what a bachelor life ^___^

I begin with a One-Hour Trail Ride at Conestogo River Horseback Adventures this weekend (WagJag $22 deal)

Productive Long Weekend

Saturday

• Relaxed and did nothing :)
• I did buy a new Pure Comfort Memory Foam mattress from Costco for $650 after tax and shipping as they had a $175 discount. And it'll arrive on Aug 3 in a big box that will auto-expand (Weight 102 lbs)

Sunday

• Tzu Chi Lunch Event, left home at 8 am and back at 4 pm, whew~

Monday

• House Cleaning - steam carpet and grass cutting
• Home Depot's steam carpet cleaner is the cheapest at $31 all included for 4 hours rental, if you already have the carpet shampoo/cleaner

Watched - you can tell how bored we were
